Many companies will do property management. Only one fully stands behind their work.
We know the market. We guarantee our recommended marketing strategy will have your property leased within 60 days of going live, or the leasing fee is on-the-house.
We’re in this for the long-run. If a tenant we placed illegitimately breaks their lease early, we’ll find the next one at no cost to you.
Routine is our thing. We promise that when rent is paid on time, we’ll have it send to you within 15 days, or you keep that month’s management fee.
Your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully convinced we are an asset to you, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
