Kyle Vaillancourt is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted background in the industry. From managing his own rental units to running a full-time house flipping company, he has developed a keen understanding of market trends and investment strategies. His expertise extends to assisting investors in identifying and acquiring high-return properties, as well as working as a retail listing agent.

Beyond real estate transactions, Kyle brings hands-on construction experience as the owner/operator of an investment property maintenance company—a third-generation family business. This unique blend of skills allows him to approach property management with an unmatched investor-focused mindset, local-market expertise, technical knowledge, and strong administrative oversight.
