Kyle Vaillancourt — Owner & Licensed Real Estate Broker

Kyle Vaillancourt is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted background in the industry. From managing his own rental units to running a full-time house flipping company, he has developed a keen understanding of market trends and investment strategies. His expertise extends to assisting investors in identifying and acquiring high-return properties, as well as working as a retail listing agent.

Beyond real estate transactions, Kyle brings construction experience to the table as the owner of an investment property maintenance company—a third-generation family business. This unique blend of skills allows him to approach property management with an unmatched combination of market expertise and technical know-how.

At the core of Kyle’s approach is a commitment to excellence and integrity, learned from Luke 6:31: “And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.” This principle drives his mission at Providence Property Management—to manage every client’s property with the same care and diligence as if it were his own.

Gino Pacelli — Business Development Manager

Gino Pacelli is a licensed real estate agent and the Business Development Manager at Providence Property Management, where he helps property owners across Southwest Florida secure dependable, full-service management for their investment properties. Gino is deeply passionate about real estate and takes pride in helping owners succeed by delivering exceptional experiences for landlords.

Outside of work, Gino enjoys cooking creative meals, playing drums, and staying actively involved in his church community. These interests reinforce his attention to detail, discipline, and service-oriented mindset—qualities that directly shape how he supports clients and protects their investments.
