Full-Service Management Package

The 7 Providence Promises

Many companies will do property management. Only one fully stands behind their work.

Placement Promise

We know the market. We guarantee our strategy will have your property leased within 60 days of going live, or the leasing fee is on-the-house.

Performance Promise

We’re in this for the long-run. If a tenant breaks their lease early, we’ll find the next one at no cost to you.

Punctuality Promise

You won’t have to wait. We promise that when rent is paid on time, you’ll have it in your bank account within 10 business days—or you keep that month’s management fee.

Partnership Promise

Your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully convinced we are an asset to you, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.

Preservation Promise

We stand behind our process for keeping your property safe. If tenant damage ever exceeds the security deposit, we’ll cover the next $1,000.

Prevention Promise

Our inspections work. If a pet we screened causes damage and the tenant is unable to cover the cost, we’ll pay for up to another $1,000 for damages.

Precision Promise

Our screening process is tried and true. If our recommendations are followed and an eviction still occurs, we’ll handle the entire process and credit you $1,000 towards an attorney and court costs.

Tenant Acquisition

Our tenant acquisition service is designed to find you a high-quality tenant without the reoccurring fees of full-service management. For a one-time fee equal to one full month’s rent, we handle everything from marketing and tenant screening to lease execution and deposit collection, ensuring you get a reliable tenant. This service is perfect for owners who prefer to self-manage but want expert assistance in securing the right renter. While this fee covers tenant placement, the benefits of our Full-Service Package are not included.
