Our Full-Service Management Package

Our Pricing

There are only three fees associated with Full-Service Management.

Leasing

A one-time fee equal to 50% of the first full month’s rent for marketing, screening, and placing a qualified tenant.

Management

Ongoing management costs 10% of rent collected for one unit, 7.5% for 2–4 units, with enterprise pricing available for 5+ units.

Renegotiation

A $250 flat fee to professionally renegotiate, document, and execute lease renewals or mid-term changes.

True Partnership

If at any time you feel PPM is not delivering for you, you may
cancel management anytime with no cancellation fee.

Tenant Acquisition

Our tenant acquisition service is designed to find you a high-quality tenant without the reoccurring fees of full-service management. For a one-time fee equal to one full month’s rent, we handle everything from marketing and tenant screening to lease execution and deposit collection, ensuring you get a reliable tenant. This service is perfect for owners who prefer to self-manage but want expert assistance in securing the right renter. While this fee covers tenant placement, the benefits of our Full-Service Package are not included.
